Is AI Chat free?
Yes. It is free to download from the Microsoft Store, with a limited allowance of Quick answers. Pro is a subscription for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and adds Balanced and Deep modes and more messages. Fair-use limits apply.
Does it need an internet connection?
Yes. AI Chat is powered by Anthropic's Claude models, with additional models used for extended capacity when a daily Claude allowance runs out. The relevant part of your conversation is sent to its AI service to get an answer.
Where are my chats stored?
On your PC. You can search all your chats, group them in projects, attach images, or chat incognito.
Why is it a subscription?
AI Chat is the only HAYAH app with a subscription, because every answer has a running cost. Plans run 1, 3, 6 or 12 months; prices vary by plan and market.
Is AI Chat made by Anthropic?
No. AI Chat is an independent app and is not affiliated with Anthropic. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC.
Do I need an account?
No. None of the five HAYAH apps shows ads or asks you to create an account.
Does the app send any data?
The apps send anonymous usage events (which features were used, never your files) to help us fix and improve them. You can turn them off in Settings. Each app's privacy page lists what is sent.
